I was feeling pretty good this morning and went to get a facial. Then I felt really drained and woozy afterwards. Any idea why? Just a coincidence or part of the Lyme stuff?

- Being "Woozy" immediately following any outing - or even the next day - seems to indicate chemical exposure and the resulting toxic load on the body & brain tissue.
"Drained" can be for many reasons, all very common to just dealing with lyme/treatment.
Scented products used?
Chemicals in a salon (if you were in a salon that did any kind of bleaching or coloring, straightening, perms, nails, hair sprays)?
If so, it's best to avoid all scented products (though those with real citrus may be okay - avoid lavender, for sure).
Sensory overload?
Just the exertion of going there, being there, getting home?
The vehicle exhaust, interior car fumes (especially if the car was hot)?
Lyme causes exhaustion for many reasons. It's good to come to terms with that just being something that needs to be planned around - every day.
Nutrition, Liver Support, Adrenal Support and pacing can help. Planning your rest periods is vital.
Be sure to drink a good amount of water. Eat leafy greens. -

- While they can still have way too many scents for those with lyme (or MCS), this kind of salon is generally far less "chemical" than most - or a different classification of chemicals that are not supposed to be as harsh.
MCS is Multiple Chemical Sensitivities. Many with lyme also have MCS, partly a result of liver toxicity &/or dysfunction / overload.
MCS can also have much to do with the kinds of neurological dysfunction that often goes with lyme, too.
Even if not MCS, it's best to go as scent-free as possible, especially regarding synthetic scents. Best to avoid petroleum products in personal care products and household cleaners, etc.
Also try to avoid new carpet and freshly painted spaces. -
