I just started taking A-Bab last week. first morning 1 drop and I had to leave work after 1 hour due to severe dizziness.

Dr. said take 1 drop at night and then try to build up from there. taking 1 drop was not a problem but when I ramped it up to 2 I didn't sleep well and the severe dizziness returned with a vengence.

I looked through some of the old posts and found that you can cut the dose with more water. 4 drops to 9 ounces of water and then drinking just 3 ounces equals 1 1/3 drops if my math is correct.

my question: can you save the remaining 6 ounces and use it later?

hard to believe 1 little drop can affect me this badly. don't see myself getting up to the 20 drops/day.

thanks.

A-BAB is very strong. I could not tolerate it even diluted. Build up your dose very slowly.

Instead of using four drops in nine ounces of water, why not use one or two drops at a time in the right amount of water (two to six ounces)?

I can tolerate 1 drop but can't tolerate 2 drops. that's why I wanted to try to dilute it a bit to get 1 1/3 drops. once I can tolerate 1 1/3 drops then I would ramp up to 1 2/3 drops and so on.

thanks.

I tried it and my LLMD decided that it is too strong for me right now, I don't tolerate it well - get weepy, anxious, paranoid, etc. So he's having me start cryptolepsis (or however you spell it!). According to him it is gentler. Once I get to full dose on that, we'll try the ABAB again.

Just stay on 1 drop until you can tolerate 2. You have no way of knowing if your actually getting 1 1/3 drops anyway b/c it may not be evenly dispersed in the water.

I took A-BAB for about a year. Started from 3 drops and ramped up to 30 gradually. I never had major herxes on it, just felt a little weaker and had shivers for few days. But the herx never lasted for a long time.
