My question is can you ever completely eradicate Lyme and there be no evidence that you ever had it?
Or does your DNA always reflect that you have Lyme? Is it just a matter of it being in remission and you have to come to terms with occasional inconvenient flair ups?
If you are symptom free, can you still pass it to a partner or child?
At this point, I would be satisfied with remission!

IMHO, unless you get it early, there is no way to get rid of all of the bacteria. The goal is to keep the immune system strong to keep lyme in check.
