My neuro symptoms get so much worse after showering and sometimes after eating. To the point where my brain feels so uncomfortable I have no choice but to lay down. I'm assuming it is related to Pots/Dysautonomia. Does anyone else experience this? Thanks.

I have to lie down and rest for an hour after bathing or showering.

Another reason you might feel worse after eating is if you have hypoperfusion which would show on a SPECT scan.

Hubby seizure-like activity (when that symptom is activated) is usually worse after meals. It is a documented fact that the body diverts bloodflow from the brain to the stomach to help with digestion.

I am having hubby increase his dose of lumbrokinase and also adding back the herb danshen -- a herbalist hubby used to see said that herb was specific for this issue.

Hubby had been doing much better and had stopped that herb a year or two ago. He bought the bulk powdered herb and mixed it in applesauce 1 or 2 times per day. Need to look up my notes and see how much he took -- pretty sure it was a teaspoon or more. We did feel like it was helpful when he was taking it.
