Hey, what did you help against the fluish feeling? I know Burbur is said to be goog but it dosent seem to help me much. I think this feeling is increased because of die off, I also have much thirst and joint stiffness in the fingers since taking Ketek.

Anyone there with bart who took Ketek?

thanks!

Green Tea, Chamomile Tea, and lemon water.

All of these thing sound so simple, and like they wouldn't do much, but for me, they are a godsend.

I have been ill and feeling terrible and drinking Green tea has completely wiped out the feeling. It always helps, though not to that extent. But I think those 3 products are as good as it gets for a herx / die off.

quarter of a lemon, but you can use as much as you want. Don't drink it day and night, it is bad for your teeth

I have been doing the Pekana big three detox, and it has been pretty amazing. I realized how little detox I had done, and it helped me to turn a huge corner.

Honestly, just continuing on my abx and doing the Pekana got rid of the flu feeling. My main bart abx right now is rifampin.
