Hi,

Can someone help me with reading the CD57. Most of the people talking about one number but which one is it?

Quest Diagnostics Results:

CD57, CD3, CD8, FLOW
CYTOMETRY

CD57+ 16 0-19 % lymphocyte
CD57+ 7 0-7 % of WBC
CD57+ 298 0-741 cells/uL

CD57+/CD3+ 12 0-12 % lymphocyte
CD57+/CD3+ 5H 0-4 % of WBC
CD57+/CD3+ 212 0-468 cells/uL

CD57+/CD8+ 11 0-12 % lymphocyte
CD57+/CD8+ 4 0-4 % of WBC
CD57+/CD8+ 197 0-468 cells/uL

CD57+/CD3+/CD8+ 8 0-9 % lymphocyte
CD57+/CD3+/CD8+ 3 0-3 % of WBC
CD57+/CD3+/CD8+ 142 0-351 cells/uL

CD57+/CD3-/CD8- % OF TOTAL WBC = 1
CD57+/CD3-/CD8- ABSOLUTE = 31 cells/uL

CD57+/CD3- % OF TOTAL WBC = 2
CD57+/CD3- ABSOLUTE = 87 cells/uL

CD57+/CD8- % OF TOTAL WBC = 2
CD57+/CD8- ABSOLUTE = 99 cells/uL

sheesh... I have no clue.

The CD57 needs to be done by LabCorp.

I had this same test done, I think the number you are looking for is the cd57+/cd3-/cd8- absolute count which was 31.

Mine was 38

Anyone else have quest numbers to compare?

You have the wrong lab. You need to do the Labcorp one only. This Quest one is useless to an LLMD.
