I think I'm just having difficulty comprehending. I'm wondering if someone can help me out and let me know when is best to take binders (I currently have chlorella and activated charcoal to utilize).

I recall reading a couple of different suggestions and I can't seem to find any satisfying answers. And where there seems to be good information I just can't sift through all of the content to find that one bit of info.

Looking for help. Thanks in advance!

Just having trouble around my down time and enough open time for meds and to bind before or after,

,Then I think somebody said you have to separate the ABX's from ,herbals/supp.mineral by ???

amount of time with food yet I don't eat 3-4 times a day,,

Thank you...GiGi did a big post ,but I didn't get it to fit from other instructions and I know this is important...
Thank you

and I'd like to know too which binders and how many. I've tried activated charcoal in the past about 4 hrs away from meds and I experienced no relief.

You can take medication and/or supplements an hour before binders.

After taking binders, you need to wait three or four hours for antibiotics or supplements.

I like activated charcoal the most. Binders work for toxins, not a herx. If you're having a herx, take alka seltzer gold and glutathione. Eventually, you will be able to tell the difference.
