I tested positive for heavy metals. What can I expect with chelation? I don't know if I'm spelling that correctly...
Thanks

It depends on many variables. How is your health to begin with, What type of chelation are you doing? DMSA was slightly draining on my system but not as much as the IV's. My advice detox, detox, detox

My health is not good. I'm able to get around but have very low stamina. I don't know what type of chelation my doctor will have me doing yet. As far as detox, I do milk thistle, lemon water, alka seltzer gold and epsom salt baths. Any other ways to detox? Oh, I also walk in the evenings if not too ill. What chelation is easiest on the body yet effective? I'm already feeling awful on my abx.
