Like the title says, what is the best affordable reliable source for artemisinin? Never been on it, but looks like I will be.
As I had some experiences in the past with a less-regulated supplement, I am somewhat concerned about ending up getting high priced inert material in capsules rather then the expensive artemisinin.
Post or PM me with your thoughts. Thanks

I use nutricology and it is VERY strong. I usually get it through Swanson Vitamins.

I used to use the Researched Nutritionals brand but mine was 250mg per serving (2 capsules).
I switched because it has green tea extract mixed in. I worried about that because I've read that it's best to stop all antioxidants while taking artemisinin so they don't deactivate it.

- I really like Hepapro's formula. It's best when part of a protocol, and with other things in the formula.
This should not be a sole approach. Anything taken for babesia must not be alone. Babesia can develop resistence when "mono" therapy (whether Rx or herbs) are used.
As artemisinin can be hard for the liver to metabolize for those with MCS or issues of porphyria, OTHER herbs to support the liver with it can help for better ability to tolerate.
Some of those can be "anti-oxidant" in nature but may be more complex. Still, IMO, it's vital to have other agents on board, although perhaps separate by a couple hours.
Antioxidants must be part of any protocol to help us move out toxins. Most liver support is antioxidant in nature. Most plants are, veggies & fruits, included. If we don't have enough, toxins can cause cell death. Still, ask LLMD or LL ND for the best timing.
See the Porphyria thread below that addresses artemisinin in a post.
Porphyria requires the Cytochrome P-450 liver detox pathway.
