I don't have great moments, but I seem to be backwards in my system from day and night..
Like just now I got off Skype with Triplets after talking and trying my hardest to look/feel normal , even though in bed.... That's their afternoon in Rep. Georgia.
If I had tried today ,the best I could have done is roll over and say can't talk and just roll back...
I even stayed up over 24 hours trying to re=set.
It did nothing
This does make it harder to even feel any where near normal..
Nobody wants /is around in the middle of the night so I can set appts for doc's, pay bills, whatever. Yet more often than not that is when I can think a bit...
Even when I could visit the girls and with the time change, this still kicked in. Although I wasn;t as sick then and tried to function during their normal time.

My teenage son has irregular sleep patterns, meaning he does not go to bed in the evening and wake up in the morning. His sleep (not restful) is all over the place! This has been going on for years.
I don't know what causes this, but it has been this way for a long time now since he's been ill with Lyme and co-infections.

It's adrenal fatigue. Once I was better, this naturally fixed itself. Now I get tired at night and am awake by 7:30 .... which is still weird to me because my entire life I was a "night person" due to Lyme Disease.
