I suffer from constant brain fog where but recently it has shifted to more of a constant headache sensation where I feel strain/pressure around my temples and forehead. I have it all day long. Like how you feel after thinking hard for a long time or spending all day on the computer. (Which I do at work)
Any advice to get rid of the headaches and brain fog? I am already gluten, sugar, and dairy free.

I also get that awful pressure in my head. It not only hurts but causes me to be unable to think clearly. It's been worse for me recently while starting a new antibiotic. The weather also seems to affect it. I wish I knew what would help you...just continue with abx I guess and consider treating for parasites?

I've had success with reducing constant headache and head pressure with systemic enzymes and fish oil.
These help to reduce inflammation and swelling and pain.

Carol, Where do you get your systemic enzymes and what's the name of them? I'm not taking any enzymes and have wondered if I should be.

Wish I had advice for you. I just wanted to empathize. I have constant terrible headaches too. I hope you feel better soon.

jlf2012, I'm taking Wobenzym, but there are a number of enzyme blends that may work.
Which ever one you try, be sure to take a large enough dose, ramping up, of course.

I had them the worst and the best thing that helped are the following:
iV Rocephin
doxy and Biaxin worked even better, although at first it got worst for a week or 2. Doxy increases intercranial pressure & I was about to give up. Glad I stuck with it.

This sounds like it is not a migraine but might be coming from the neck. Do you think? Have you tried massaging your neck with Ben Gay to see if that helps at all? I also use Baclofen for this kind of pain and fogginess.
It might sound strange, but a Ben Gay rub on my neck helps dizziness and brain fog, as well as pain.
My chiropractor said it may improve blood flow not only to the neck but in the blood vessels leading to the brain stem. Who knows. It works and I don't need to know why!

Pug that is interesting. A lot of my headaches come from my neck. I am going to try that

Also a quick question for you: do you have what my physical therapist called a chicken posture, meaning, is your neck forward with your head not centered on your neck? This can also cut the blood flow, as it was explained to me.
I have tried everything in the last several years and Tai Chi has helped me more than anything else (as well as giving up gluten and dairy etc.). In fact, after a year of Tai Chi, the Ben Gay stays mostly in the cabinet.
The Tai Chi teacher helped me with alignment and posture. I stretch my head and neck up, as if a string were attached, then open my chest sort of diagonally, then adjust my head down so it is level, and then do Tai Chi for an hour. It took a full year of Tai Chi but I cannot say enough about how much it has helped pain, dizziness, fogginess, and odd sensations.
I can't explain it but it is a mystery I welcome!
