I am trying to get the money lined up to get blood work done for lyme and cos. I think the western blot was the only one you had to pay for upfront and I think it was like $150?
Does anyone know if that is right?

You pay when you send in the blood. You can get the kit for free.
It's around $200.
I was able to get reimbursed from my ins .. took 9 mo.

All you get for $200 is the lyme IgG and IgM Western Blot.
If you want coinfection testing also, it's about $600.
You have to pay up front unless you have Medicare. If you have Medicare, it is free to you. Igenex takes Medicare.

randi.. your Dr probably added more charges .. some docs do that
...also, you have to send in the info to your insurance company in order to get reimbursed. I was reimbursed 80%. I had to hound them in order to get it.
