Let's hear it

For me either Boluoke or Serrapeptase.
Boluoke seems to help blood to brain where Serrapeptase can make me nausea as if it's hitting biofilm in gut.

For the record are most biofilms in the gut?

I don't think we have quite made it to a "buster" yet.

I've read Xylitol can break down biofilm on the teeth; maybe it works in the gut too?

Razzle,

In tiny amounts, though. Too much xylitol (or any sugar alcohol) can turn our bellies into a hot air balloon - and also cause loose bowels.

Be sure to get the purest you can find. Some brands are from not so good sources.

Even the real deal kind, I can barely manage a tiny amount - maybe one breath mint and I'm off flying.

I love Boluoke.

Dr. K recommends Cistus tea. I just bought some and plan to start making it daily. I've heard you can use the leaves up to 3 times before discarding.

Also the low fat vegan diet as the biofilm produced by protomyxzoa multiplies 150 times faster on lipids and arginine.
You can't take anything that will reduce it fast enough to keep up with that kind of multiplication.

When you have the complete methyl cycle mutations panel done, you find other reasons why you may be having hyper coagulation and blocked arteries such as MTHFR and the NOS mutation combined with CBS.
There is also one mutation which causes you to overload iron (which I have) and this contributes to disease - was mentioned in the autism article. Iron encourages the growth of biofilm - one of it's building blocks (another reason to avoid meat).

I used both boluoke and lumbronkinase but did not see a difference. I also used heparin which I did notice a difference with as it works much faster. Heparin can make your bones brittle when taken long term.

The boluoke needs to be taken in high doses to thin the blood (which is removing biofilm). I read if you take 2 capsules 3 times a day, in a month it will thin your blood 10%. That is expensive and not all the effective but I guess every little bit helps. I will order some more soon.

Lactoferin binds with iron and discourages biofilm from building. That is what I am taking right now. I have read some LLMD recommends using lacroferin with lumbrokinase/boluoke. Both of these should be taken on an empty stomach though and the only time my stomach is empty is when I get up in the morning.

I read EDTA, a chelator that is supposed to be safer for people like me with sulfa sensitivity, will help with biofilm. IP-6 removes iron so that should help too.

Serrapeptase by Serretia is powerful stuff too.

I took Boluoke AM and Serrapeptase in PM.

Serretia has highest amount of serrapeptase than other brands. And I believe it.
