Is it useless to take Cipro alongside Mepron? I've been taking Mepron for almost a year and This is my second time taking Cipro. Could this be causing my backslide?

My doctor took me off Mepron to take Cipro and Levaquin, but I thought it was an interaction with the Biaxin/Zith rather then the Mepron because he changed me to Malarone, which is the same med but doesn't require the Biaxin/Zith.

Talk to your LLMD. I took two drugs that interacted, but my LLMD had a reason for it.

Lymeboy, I have read that mepron can cause severe depression in some. This can happen after months of no problems with it. There is someone on this forum who felt better as soon as she stopped it.
