What are the cheapest sources people have found for IV antibiotics, plus IV glutathione?

I know about Infuserve. Is there anything cheaper, including the supplies---ie, getting the abx powder and supplies locally and mixing yourself? What pharmacies? (Yes, I'm asking on my local Lyme Support Group, too).

And have you found that mixing it yourself was worth it?

Thank you!

Hey Rumi!

Been sitting around waiting for you to ask that question! HA! Try this and look especially (scroll down) for the section titled...

IV Infusion Pharmacies & Supplies

It was designed in part to answer those very questions and was updated pretty recently (in my spare time- LOL). Hoping it helps you!

TC,

Wow, that info is amazing!! Thank you! I had seen it before, but forgot about it. Just w!hat I need. So much information!

I will never know how you manage all that you continually do for all of us. How could we ever thank you enough?? I wish that we could take all of your trials away.

BTW, the info about the glutathione is right up there with my experience; it's life-changing! I need IV glutathione again. Also, IME, nebulized glutathione was also miraculous, almost as good as IV.

Hi Rumigirl!

This is a great guide to IV for Lymies:

https://issuu.com/lymeunderground/docs/infusingforlymies

It's pretty simple once you get into a routine.

Good luck!

lightfoot,

Thank you!! I didn't see this until just now (not sure why).

This is really helpful. I've been on IV before, but have not gotten the rocephin separately and mixed it myself. Although I will try, I think that I will be lucky to even get 28 days worth covered at best. So I do need to save money.

Did you ever get home-pump balls and mix it yourself in those? Not sure if that is do-able or not. Of course, they would surely cost more than the IV bags.

Thank you, again.

[ Mods: this info (on the link provided) should be on a sticky, I think. That is also true of the link TC provided, too]

Bringing this up again, as I may be needing it very soon.
TC, or whoever else knows, do you know the web address for where TC's trove of information went to (after her herculean work to transfer it!!)?

Thank you!
