I finally was able to get tested for Cpn.
Unfortunately it was done a week after an IVIG infusion. So I wonder if the donated antibodies could have skewed the results. GammaGard of course is mostly IGG with trace amounts of IGA and maybe even some IGM.
I feel certain I have read that IVIG contains Cpn and MycoP antibodies.

Results:
IGG 1:256 High .... neg less than 1:16
IGM 1:10 ............ neg less than 1:10
IGA 1:256 High .... neg less than 1:16

If the results are not skewed - the elevated IGA means active Cpn? I have read about crossreactions/false positives. To what? LD/co-infections? I thought I would ask here first before heading over to Cpn help. Ugh.

I have been tested three times this past year for MycoP under different scenarios.

Sept 2011
On 10g IVIG and two weeks off 100mg/day Doxy
Result: 449

Dec 2011
No IVIG or Abx for three months
Result: 698

July 2012
On 20g IVIG no Abx
Result: 919

Again wonder about the IVIG. Does it "treat" MycoP? The donated MycoP antibodies go after the infection? Lowering the load/test result values?

Or the 919 from last week are mine?
Meaning MycoP for me is a bit out of control?

Or the 919 reflects that I just was infused with donated antibodies? Enough of it with MycoP to be that high?

I know is complicated. TIA any thoughts.
