Is it OK to take probiotics at same time as antibiotics?

No. Take probiotics 3 hours away from abx. The only probiotic that can be taken with abx is saccromyces, because it is yeast.

By trial and error I found 2 hours to work for me.

On lower dosage abx, it isn't as big of a deal. The abx my doc started me on, I had to take the probiotics almost exactly 2 hours after taking abx or it was quite unpleasant.
