I had these symptoms before I started treatment, they went away and now they've returned. Can anyone relate to this deep, radiating ache within?

I tested negative for babesia...not that that means much. I hate this pain. I'm wondering if I should go back on the combo of zith, plaq and cefdiner...is that a babesia combo does anyone know?

I've got a deep ache in my lower left abdomen, as well as my lower back and left kidney area. This is what tends to happen to me when I eat dairy (I'm not sure what caused this particular flare up though, I thought I had been good! - weekly blood test for liver and kidney function gets done tomorrow, just in case).
Do you have any food sensitivities? The referred pain can be confusing. Gallbladder issues?
