My daughter started treating about 2 months ago...In the past few weeks we have had more really severe reactions (she has always been food allergic, but now is reacting to random things)
Technically, I should have given her the epi pen and calld 911 twice in the past 3 weeks according to her plan, but I know that the treatment is throwing her immune system off so I have been a little more hesitant to do it.
I have also had reactions to things like chamomile tea, stevia, and other "natural" things since starting treatment.
I think it can go either way, depending on how your immune system reacts to treatment. I am glad that you allergies seem better.

Initially, treatment may increase allergies because die-off increases inflammation.
As treatment progresses, however, one should see a decrease in allergies, especially if the allergies are bad because of the Lyme/coinfections themselves (which is entirely possible).

I am not as intolerant of things that I was intolerant to during my illness. But these food allergies are new ... mainly the shellfish ... I've known for over 20 years I was a little bit allergic to peanuts. My allergies are slight.
I have a more severe reaction if I am exposed to more than one thing I'm allergic to .... like I had pecan crusted trout (before I knew I was allergic to pecans) on a night a restaurant was having a shrimp special. So I was exposed to both the pecans and shrimp which gave me a bad reaction.
However, when I ate pecans a few weeks earlier in some sweet potatoes, I had no noticeable reaction.
I don't think this has anything to do with having had Lyme though.

When I had lyme (both undiagnosed and while treating it), I got hives to many, many things. I had hives for months at a time!
Before lyme, I never got hives in my life.
Now that I am cured, I don't get hives anymore.
Also, I know a number of people who were "allergic" or made sick by many foods while they had lyme. Treatment made this even worse. One friend got down to only 5 foods that she could safely eat.
That is the immune system that has waked up due to lyme treatment and is now treating many things as if they are allergens. Proper detoxing can get rid of this effect. It is a sign of an overloaded immune system. Flush out the toxins and this will generally stop.
Once my friend got to a person who detoxed her properly, she was able to eat anything again.
