this is the strangest thing yet. when i go pee, it smells exactly like cat urine. if anybody has cats you know what i'm talking about.

the only change i've made is that chlorella. that's it.

i'm trying to do more water.

but this is really wierd. could it mean anything??

Not with only taking one chlorella. If you were doing taking more I could see the urine odor changing with toxic matter. But with only doing one a day.

Anything new lately added to diet of late? Fresh veggies maybe?

Do you have sx of UT infections?

The ammonia smell? It can mean things are detoxing. I've had sweat that smells ammonia-y before.

hmm, does cat pee smell like ammonia? to me it just stinks of cat. like those awful evergreen bushes...

sulfur, nope, but i've got to do something...

could be just the one pill of chorella but just one??

just ran to the bathroom....ugh, floating greasy looking stools that are dark green. so maybe it's the chorella. i've gone at least three times today.

Yeah, it means that:
a) chlorella can cause detoxing and
b) you're misnamed - you should be called randicat

[lol] Dogs and Robin!!

Since your pills recommend two a day and you took one.. they must be potent... so it's probably the chlorella.

I wouldn't take another until a day after the procedure tomorrow.

I too have noticed that my urine smells strongly of ammonia which does kinda smell like cat pee. When I sweat I can smell that ammonia odor too.

Also when I first wake up in the morning there is a faint smell on my shirt and in my hair, as if my body was able to detox some in my sleep.

I am dying to get into a sauna. I just know that my body is trying to get rid of this stuff but can't

My wife just had smelling urine after a course of ABX (Pylera) for the treatment of H Pylori. She developed an UTI infection and was found to have resistant E. Coli.

This has been big news lately & we should treat all meats as contaminated.
http://www.digitaljournal.com/article/328455

She was given Macrobid and is now all better. I still think she has Lyme too, but she would beg to differ.

I have had smelly urine and darker when dumping toxins. Also, under arm toxic odors.

I smelled like a skunk when I was withdrawing from valium,

My under $200 far infrared sauna helps a lot.

Several of the methylation mutations cause a build up of ammonia. Molybdenum helps. Like others, I suspect you are detoxing. Consider testing for methylation issues. Specifically the two MTHFR mutations and the CBS upregulation all can cause a build up of ammonia in the body. That alone is enough to make one feel bad.

Good luck with the procedure. Will be praying for you.

Terry

My sweat still smelled like ammonia even with taking Molybdenum (I have methylation issues).

However, once I started taking Yucca root powder daily (sprinkle on protein foods), my sweat no longer stinks like ammonia.

I have gotten a bad sulfur type of smell when I had taken NAC. Any chance you are taking NAC? It can cause a nasty smell!

The "cat pee" aroma is not sulfur or ammonia.

It's kind of a piney smell, kind of reminds me of evergreens.
Hah, but not pleasant or refreshing.

randi, do I recall you having UTIs also? Maybe the chlorella is cleaning out your urinary tract.

Could really be a good thing. Maybe you will be able to up your usage and get more results with chlorella.

I know you're one of those that reacts badly to many things. Maybe this time it's going to be a positive reaction.

Pam
