It is my understanding that Mepron needs to be taken with Zithromax, Biaxin, or Ketek for it to work effectively. I think Dr. Burrascano states this in his guidelines.

I have taken Biaxin and Clindamycin with Mepron. It works well for me.

I took mepron/cleocin. It didn't do much for me.

I had to go off for liver issues. A few months later I did a double dose of mepron with zith. That made me herx much stronger.
