i took one pill once and thought i would die. my whole body felt like squiggly worms. i told doc he had to put me in hosp in a coma if he wanted me to take that
as time has gone by i really think it was getting parasites and it probably would do me a lot of good...but every time i ask a doc they dont want to take the chance
i take diflucan and nystatin all the time and just feel better...so i guess it must get something else
what makes you think it is a cyst buster? i never heard that

Basically I researched all the yeast meds as I wanted to kill several birds with one stone, if you will. I have Candida, so I need to e on something and I knew that some meds also broke through the biofilm and I am limitted in what I can use abx-wise so I want the most bang for my buck- I have been sick off and on for 20 yrs now and I am SICK of it. This drug interferes with the cell membrane formation, hoping this means abx will get through to more stubborn Lyme.

If taking keto please monitor your liver enzymes. My husband took keto for systemic fungus and it elevated his liver enzymes and had to stop taking it.
Best wishes.

I have been on for several days and had no side effects...I will be having my liver checked every 4 weeks per my NP. I am taking 200mg per day and I notice it is working already. I have a horrible rash on the bottom of my feet (amongst other things -systemic, ugh) and it is clearing up already. I have tried EVERYTHING to deal with this, and used various herbal and supplemental treatments to no avail. I believe Candida is a HUGE reason why I can't get over this current hurdle in my healing, and I have had Lyme for so long and had only one abx at a time so I am fairly certian it is in cyst form...hoping I can stay on this for a few months at least...

Take care, tofumama. One day at a time, sometimes moment to moment. Hope you can do some relaxing while going through this, some nice music, or a kitty-cat to pet, or whatever works best for you.
