Starting Crypto in a few days. Going to work up to 3 tsp/day. Its going to me around $100 / month.

Can anyone let me know If this is worth my money before I sink yet more cash into tx?

For me it did nothing. Was on it for a couple of months but did not notice any difference one way or the other.

ART on the other hand made a HUGE differene when added to Zyth and Mepron.

I think that just like with abx, we are all different with our responses to herbs too. Crypto is slowly helping me.

Art has done nothing but make me feel like garbage. And make my ears even worse than they are. I'm looking to trade up. LLMD has told me that there are a lot of ineffective crypto products out there. The one I'm going to take is supposedly very good.

catgirl,

How much cryto do you take?

I don't know how you guys take tsp of these tinctures?

Are you on systemic enzymes like Serrapeptase/Boluoke... because in my case once I got my blood thin and coagulating less the tinctures were really penetrating CNS.

1 tsp I think would kill me. I always have to start with 1 drop and work up [Frown]

I take 1 tsp 3 x per day.

There are different types of crypto. I don't know how much to take of the tincture ones though (I probably would do drops like you're doing Canefan). Better to go slow than suffer.

I tried some liposmal art and I herxed HARD (only tried it once). It was a horrible herx, so I don't plan on doing it again any time soon. But the oral form is no big deal for me, and it does help me to feel a little bit better during a babs herx.

That's a good idea about the enzymes thinning blood.

Different brands. Mine is prescription only from a compounding pharmacy. I have to call my doc, and he calls the pharmacy.

Yes, it's slowly helping me (baby steps). The only thing is, I went off of it once due to yeast (crypto is derived from a root--starch feeds yeast). Unfortunately, whatever progress I made on it was gone in a week (kind of sounds like going off abx too soon). So now I'm on compounded nystatin (helps).

I found crypto to be great, and then I plateued on it.

Now my sx ar back and I'd love to go on crypto again.

They say it s also suposed to be antifungal!

So why do you say it causes yeast?

Crypto, how long were you on it?

It's derived from a root, which is a starch, and starches feed yeast (at least it does me). You only have to worry about it if you're sensitive to yeast. It's actually supposed to help kill thrush, but my yeast issue has been systemic.

I started it several weeks ago and I think it is helping some, but it is too soon to tell how far it will get me. Night sweats returned with a vengeance, which I hope is a herx. Rather strange since it is lasting longer than my usual herxes.

Also, I think my thinking is a little more clear since starting it. Not sure if that's from the crypto or something else.

I take mine with malarone & supplements right after I eat. I've taken it separately before (an hour or two later), and didn't even notice it working. It seems to work better for me with everything all at once.

I used crypto, atemesia, red root and a-babs.

My babesia symptoms are gone, as far as I know. Hard to say with lyme. But the weekly headaches are gone and the sweats are, too. So I'm thinking I'm free of it....hopefully.

This Cryptolepsis is intense. Holy Cow. I take less than 1/2 teaspoon and it hits me like a truck.

Has is made any of you very anxious? I have permanent "butterflies" and I get a very woozy, flu - like feeling. Ugh, it's terrible. It almost feels like Bart, without the extreme insanity and aggression.
