If so, have you had any success with it? Side effects?

One of my Dr's talked about it at our last visit and he said that he has a few patients on it that are seeing great success.

Thank you for reminding me of this fabulous thing.

Yes, I have had good experience with it, especially when taken at the very first sign of a cold or flu. It can be helpful for other times, though.

Side-effects?

I've had none. That is not to say this does not have some strong properties, though. It may cause a bit of stomach "awareness" so you may not want to take this on an empty stomach if yours is very tender.

And you may feel a bit of a "minor hit" soon after taking it, so just take it easy.

Be sure to put into enough water if it seems too strong. NOT boiling water, though, just warm (from the kettle, not the faucet).

Be sure it is called LDM-100, though, and not just any Lomatium dissectum tincture. I've not had the same result with other Lomatium tinctures.

This is where I get mine, though there are probably other vendors:

www.barlowherbal.com

LDM-100 - from their online store link

I used it briefly with the idea of having it as part of lyme treatment. It wasn't anything special or worth continuing for me. Perhaps its best use is more like how Keebler describes.

Yeah, I thought of doing this a part of a protocol, too, but I really hate alcohol tinctures daily.

I keep this as my go-to urgent care - along with Elderberry extract.

LDM-100 will knock out a sore throat for me in a day or two if I take at the very first hint.

I tried it. Didn't notice any difference. (but everyone is different)

Barlow Herbal also makes this as a capsule (no alcohol), at least they did a couple years back when I got some.

Thank you for all of the feedback. [Smile]

Did any of you have rash problems from it?
