I seem to be having new weird symtpoms since i stopped taking ambien, cyclobenzaprine, diclofenac, and lots of vitamins and supps....i've been trying to take only a tramadol when pain is bad or an advil pm when i can's sleep...

i'm reintroducing vitamins and herbs one by one to determine if they help...

so i've been taking chelated magnesium, samE and coQ-10....
is chelated mag the correct one to take? seems to me when i started my lyme cocktail there was another kind of mag that my Lyme naturopath recommended...

One of the best muscle relaxants is Magnesium glycinate. Pure Encapsulations has a clean one.

Stopping Ambien cold turkey may cause some unwanted symptoms .. same with cyclobenzaprine.

Magnesium glycinate is my favorite.

Thank you!!!

Stopped everything but the Ambien about 2 weeks before i stopped the Ambien - it was a post on here about back pain going away after stopping ambien - since that was the only thing i was still taking i decided to try not taking it....it's been about 2.5 weeks....

I take "calm" at night - it has magnesium in it.

The raspberry lemon tastes good.

Stay within the dose - it can loosen things up...

The Calm magnesium has been a life saver for my DD. She had severe insomnia before we stumbled upon this product. She takes more than the recommended doses and doesn't have tummy troubles. I think that's because she is SO deficient in magnesium.

She takes four tsp. and she also takes melatonin with it. It's the first time in a couple of years that she goes right to sleep at a decent hour.

I think it was Keebler that said Walmart carries the Mag tab sr. I've looked twice closely and can't find it.

Anyone know the name brand?

I have CVS order MagTab SR and keep one bottle ahead reserved in the pharmacy storage. Price is close to what I saw on the web.

Ugh. I ran out of magnesium malate 3 days ago and I am waiting for a package of it. I definitely notice the difference! Twitchy legs, weakness and slow bowels.

Magnesium citrate was recommended to me by my chiropractor/nutritionist. It usually gets rid of muscle spasms with just half a 400 mg tab.
