Has anyone ever done a heavy metal detox? My doctor wants me to do one but (as always) Im afraid to try new things in the fear that I will feel horrible. Do people usually feel bad when detoxing heavy metals? thanks guys

Also it says to take on an empty stomach but doesnt say how long after I can eat. it also doesnt say how far apart to space my meds. Anyone know?

Some people feel great when they detox, others don't. I felt great when I started (calmer), but after a few months, the metals really started leaving me, and I felt worse in general, yet my yeast issues got better, and brain too. For me, so far it's been worth it.

I take mine on an empty stomach.

I am using HMD as described in these links and find it to be the easiest I have ever done having been very very metal toxic. It is important to take all three parts making up the protocol because drainage of toxins and binding are the most important parts of any detoxing, no matter what you detox, but especially toxic heavy metals.

Please read it through carefully. It is very difficult to get rid of any infections without detoxing metals and some of the other chemical exposures we run into every day.

I only, only, only got well and rid of all Lyme related problems because of metal detox.

Best wishes to you, Jackie81.

Question to the heavy metals detoxing experts: can we simultaneously kill pathogens (especially babesia, cause this is the last one Im working on) and do the heavy metal chelation.
As a result of babesia die-off Im releasing heavy metals and fungi, so Im taking lots of binders already (chlorella, clay, charcoal, detoxamin, diematecious (Im sure I misspelled it) earth -thanks GIGI!

So the question is , should I start taking something like HMD, will it help, or it overwhelm the body, since body is already releasing the metals since Im doing photon treatment to kill babesia and infra-red sauna for detox).
When I do the priority energetic test- the priority for me is to get rid of babesia and the rest is secondary. However, I was thinking by eliminating heavy metals wouldnt it make the babesia killing process easier?

Also, for those taking heavy metal detoxers it says to take on an empty stomach. How soon after taking it can I eat?

Also, how long after taking it can I take my other medications and supps?
