I was just wondering if anyone has actually been able to tell a noticeable difference when starting probiotics or upping probiotics??

What I notice a difference in is when I don't take them. So, this doesn't happen.

Bad yeast and diarrhea.
Also, they are said to reduce inflammation. A big part of your immune system is in your gut.
