real hot heating pad. Mostly left side, which is side that usualy gets symptoms top to bottom.

What causes this as I've switched some supplements it hopes of stirring things up.

Try soaking your feet in epsom salt and warm water daily. Great detox method. There are detox patches you can buy for feet also but the cheaper way to start is with epsom salt soaks.

Well, false sensations in any part of the body are called neuropathies.

Lyme causes many false sensations. Here is a sample from the Burrascano list of symptoms:

"Tingling, numbness, burning
or stabbing sensations,
shooting pains, skin
hypersensitivity"

(page 10)

So, you are feeling burning sensations.

New meds can cause a herx that would cause a new burning sensation like you are having.

A few antibiotics can cause neuropathy also, so you will have to check side effects of any new meds.

I don't know if any supplements could have such a side effect or not. I hope not.

So, the most likely explanation is a lyme herx IF you have just started a new lyme med or IF it is time for a flare in your lyme cycle.

When I had lyme, I felt like fire was flowing down one side of my jawbone. It was terrible and it was continuous. The trouble was, I did not yet know I had lyme disease. So, this neuropathy went on for months until warm weather came.
