I have an almost uncontrollable craving for sugar, cookies, candy, soda etc. Does anyone else have this problem? I used to be able to control it but it is getting harder. UGH!

I'm also fighting thru a terrible yeast infection. I have had to find the willpower to skip the soda with lunch, then I worked on the afternoon sugar rush, and this weekend I had my last cup of coffee.

As much as it sucks- start taking baby steps and work on the diet.

I have a long way to go but my cravings have definitely gotten better.

I have a huge yeast issue. I do Diflucan. I don't do anything with sugar. I don't eat any breads, muffins, etc. I only use Stevia and Zylitol for sweetner. I restrict my fruits to lemons, lime, grapefruit, and blueberries. I know I should not even do those, but I go crazy if I don't have something once in a while. For 18 months I did not do any fruit. I think I feel better now that I have added some back in. I basically was on a atkins diet. YUK!!!!!
