I have once again started to walk around the lake. It's one mile only and I do it for 5 days a week.
You all know I am large busted, 42DDD. I wear a good underwire bra. I simply can't wear the others as they do not provide enough support.
I have started getting chest pain. It's often like a dull ache and othertimes it's a sharp stabbing, suck in your breath, type. It extends to my sides and is even in my armpits.
It hurts to lay on my sides at night as it often becomes a burning sensation.
I'm not sure whether it is a lyme herx reaction to the exercise, heart problem, or breast problem due to the size.
My obgyn doctor retired and I have an appt in November on the 20th for a checkup. I hate to go running to my primary every time I get a pain cause it's adding up.
Can it be because of my large size or could it be a herx reaction? I wouldn't think herx because it's so localized so I'm prone to the large bust problem.
Which leads me into this. Two of my sisters have had breast reductions and are pressing me to have it done. I'm beginning to wonder if I should.

Could be costochomdritis - especially since you just started walking. It is an inflammation of the muscles between the ribs. Take a deep breath or push around on your ribs. If it reproduces your pain, that could be what it is

I'm not sure where that would be. The pain is in the breast itself in the chest above the breast up to the shoulder and in the armpit.
Would that be costo??

Do you wear an underwire bra? I had that one before & when removed the wires it helped, those wires cause lots of problems that mimic health issues like costochondritis!
