I wanted to share with you a great lyme site with a ton of helpful info. The site is run by Dr R He conducts webinars in Tuesday nights in which you can type in questions and he will answer them for FREE!
On his web site there is a wealth of information. Under the "articles" heading there are many different topics from first time treatmenet, herxing, to ending treatment.
I have learned so much already. It is a wonderful resource for anyone dealing with lyme and the best part of al is its absolutely free . http://www.treatlyme.net/

I second this! You can also find him on Facebook and he has a question and answer forum there.

I started looking through this site last night Ellen. It kept me up til midnight . So I third the recommendation.
Written well (so you don't have to have a phd to understand). Some pretty clear, comprehensive information on abx, supplements, how, Lyme, inflammation, herx works and how to get through. An amazing free site. And it seems the prices are pretty good on the supplements too.

He also will work with your doctor and does consults via Skype..(skype consults for a fee, of course)
"I also see people from accross the country if that interest you. Call my office at xxx=xxx=xxxx to talk with our Intake Specialist if you want to know more about how we treat people from out of the area here in sunny Seattle."
I've been attending his webinars for several months and they and his site are very informative.

That's an awesome website. I downloaded the free manual.
Washington state is very lucky to have so many great Drs!

I see the name of the doctor was edited out of my post which is fine, but not sure I understand why as this particular doctor is promoting himself on the web as well as FB and has asked anyone participating in his webinars to share his info as well.
He is obviously not hiding..

I am still protective of my former LLMD who has a website. I don't post it, but others do from time to time.
Please read the link above.

I read it, can understand it to a point. But, in the case of those docs promoting their web sites with webinars and facebook pages they obviously want the word to be spread.
But, a rule is a rule, so I will abide, thanks.

Thanks, Ellen. This doctor explains himself very well and the site is clear, well organised and appears also to be very honest. Let's hope it is allowed to continue.
