A good brand is New Chapter Bone Strength. Unfortunately it's not in a chewable or liquid however I do know it works. I have some osteopenia that has been reversed since taking this supplement.

Need more than just calcium for healthy nails. Silica, Magnesium, Protein, Essential Fatty Acids, Biotin, etc., are also needed.
