I came into a little bit of extra money, not much but enough to finally maybe try a few things I couldn't before.
I am planning on getting a portable sauna and would like to know if there are any supplements etc. that have really helped you guys.
One of the other things I am considering is finally trying liposomal glut or glut suppositories, I know those are not that expensive but that is just how poor I have been!!
Any suggestions?

I think the sauna is a GREAT idea. I know someone who came back from kidney failure using a sauna. It was a far infrared, the kind that stands up. I think this would help more than anything as long as you're getting the right minerals and stuff.
If you don't take minerals, that's what I would get. The iodine in the minerals helps me sleep, too. And I would get digestive enzymes, D3 and magnesium (as far as supplements go.)

Terrific news about the money.
In the past, prior to my layoff, I got tremendous relief from acupuncture once or twice a week.
The acupuncturist was able to address whatever symptoms were flaring at the time, while continuing to build my system overall.
Acupuncture can focus on emotional issues, joint problems, GI problems, and so much of the weird stuff we seem to get with these disease.
Just be sure to find someone who's experienced and, if possible, knowledgeable about Lyme and cos.
