I did it about 10 years ago and it helped me. I did it for months and took it 4 x day and took Actos first for a week or so, to minimize herx and turn off TNF.

If you scroll to the bottom of the link listed below, it gives the protocol. That's where it's a bit confusing, stating meds can be taken 30 minutes after CSM. My LLMD didn't say how to take it, just take it 4 x daily when I could fit it in.

Do you remember if you took it 30 minutes before abx or did you space it 2 hours apart?
I am taking it twice daily now, but don't think I can fit it more often unless I take it closer to abx.
Thanks!

I used to set my alarm in the middle of the night. It's what you have to do.
If I remember correctly, I took the CSM and then ate about 30 minutes later and wouldn't take drugs for another hour or so. Then, once I would take more antibiotics, I think I would wait at least a few hours before I'd take the CSM again. (I may have that backwards.)
Just set your alarm and write down a schedule on paper as to what time you will take what - and what time you will eat. And then go form there. It sucks to set your alarm, but you've gotta be dedicated with that stuff!
And please, follow your Docs directions for the drugs, like I said it was about 10 years ago, so I may not be remembering correctly!

I see your dilemma. After reading the link I see what they said about 30 minutes. They did not mention antibiotics, so you're not sure if you should wait longer.
Also, they failed to mention how long after taking antibiotics you need to wait to take the CSM again.
Sorry I'm not more help! Looks like that info. came straight from the source. But I've got the book so if I read anything different, I'll let you know.
Perhaps call their office directly, the receptionist would probably know.

My LLMD told me wait 2 hours on either end, so it is impossible to fit in 4x/day. If I wake up to do it in the middle of the night, I will not be able to fall back asleep. I have sleep issues now with all of this crap. blah!
