I've read on more than one occasion that you can't take Diflucan with Biaxin.
I'm starting Biaxin (only 500 mg a day) tomorrow and normally pulse Diflucan twice a week - does that mean that I should stop pulsing the Diflucan? My LLMD didn't say anything about and I don't like to call him unless it's an emergency bc he's so busy! Figured someone here could give me the scoop:) Thanks!

I don't know the correct answer, but I have taken both together many times with no problems.

Biaxin can increase the QT interval of a heartbeat. It can be dangerous. Taking diflucan can also affect the QT interval
However my LLMD didn't think it was a problem since I was only taking 1 time a week.
