I was told to use this in conjunction with coffee enemas. However, I cannot find information, dosages, problems it may cause. It was explained to me the reason for taking it was so that it would act as a binder of the toxins so they flush out and do not get reabsorbed by the colon. FOr those who like the enemas, do you use the chlorophyl? If so, what kind, how much, any problems?

It's pretty amazing. I love to read about it. For a start, Wiki:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chlorophyll

CHLOROPHYLL

-------

I would drink it. You can hold it some of it your mouth for a bit so that it may be more quickly absorbed from under your tongue.

If you have spirulina or chlorella tablets, you can chew those, too. But, soon after, rinse your mouth with plain water.

Not sure just how it is supposed to be used in conjunction with an enema but, IMO, food is best from the top down. Your colon will take delivery of it soon enough.

You can buy LIQUID Chlorophyll - just be sure it's a very good brand. Research not just the product but the company and their practices, too.

IF made from wheat grass, be sure it's CERTIFIED GLUTEN FREE (so we are assured it's not been contaminated in the process).

Find out where they GET it, how they make it and avoid ALL additives. You don't need anything added and, most often, any flavoring are artificial and can pose a risk to us.

Possibly, MINT would be okay in it but ONLY if from REAL MINT leaves, NOT flavor.

Start very slow, with about 1/2 teaspoon (tsp) a day until you see how you do. Then, gradually work up to the directions for the brand you would have. Do not take more at first and take before evening as it may be a bit too energizing later than at the dinner hour. Lunch time would be best for the first time.

I have good memories of the liquid Chlorophyll that I took years ago.

It will stain, so be very careful and "do" this over your kitchen sink when not wearing a light hue or new shirt.

Just stir the 1/2 tsp. into 3/4 glass of water, give it a stir and enjoy. It's very refreshing and pretty much tastes like fresh grass.

You can also get Chlorophyll the way nature intended: just eat LOTS of greens. It naturally occurs in green plants. Best some raw and some lightly steamed so as to bring out the good stuff. Take it off the stove the instant you get that bright green POP of color.

It's also in various "greens powder" such as Spirulina, Chlorella, etc.
