I get these places that feel bruised but there isn't a bruise. Anyone else get this? It hurts to push on it.

Yes, I get this. For me, it was extreme muscle tightness. I know this because it has SLOWLY improved greatly with treatment.

Are you herxing? Do you feel like this all the time? Does it hurt everywhere? Or just in certain spots?
Are you treating yeast? Could also be inflammation caused by dieoff of bacteria or even yeast (if you are treating yeast).
Zyflamend (made by New Chapter) typically helped me with that.
If it's just in tiny spots, it could be muscle spazms you don't realize you have. Push a little harder and see if there are knots under the sore spot. Those are tougher to get rid of - magnesium deficiency is usually the cause. I had to do IV to fix mine, as taking oral mag did nothing.

I have had this too. It got better with abx but I still get it occasionally. I would go to say, scratch my arm and it would hurt as if there were a bruise.

I don't hv this all the time. It's random. It seems to happen right before I get really really sick. I get what feels like bruises then they are gone and I'm super sick.
