We just returned from a trip to visit the college my son would like to attend. It is a private school and is very expensive.
Not sure how we are going to afford it. But it looks like I will probably have to find a job to help out.
I am much better from lyme and co. but my sleep is seriously screwed up from benzo use. I tapered off recently.
I average about 3 or 4 hours of poor sleep per night and am totally exhausted. Any ideas of what I can do to bring in some extra money and survive being so tired.
This is overwhelming.

Might need to try things that support sleep naturally, such as L-Theanine, GABA, Melatonin, etc.

I've tried melatonin but it just made me feel really zonked the next day, even on a low dose.
Haven't heard of the others, will check into it. Thanks.

It's hard I know. Sleep is an awful issue for me. I've tried melatonin also, but it has not helped. I am also on gabapentin at night and I still wake every 2 hrs.
It's hard to get up and go to work the next day, but one cup of coffee(yes I know a no-no) helps to get me going.
As far as what you can do to bring in extra money are you thinking working at home? If so I would love to hear people's ideas on this as well.
Check out the part time job list on your local craigs list and you might find something that works for you.

Not much in the way of jobs where I live. I used to be a flight attendant, and the co. I worked for is hiring.
The training is exhausting and the job itself is hard on the body. Had a tough time holding up when I was younger. Would probably be 10X worse now.
The pay is much better than what I could make around here, and it sure would help with college.
