I cannot remember who but someone recently posted that silver had helped a lot of their symptoms. I wanted to message them and ask what kind it was.

hmm actually it was someone else. I had a personal message conversation with her (think it was a her)a long time ago and we were both talking about silver sol. I did not continue taking it but i noticed her post and wanted to know if it was the silver sol she was taking or a different brand .
I can't find the message though cause it was so long ago

gigimac, you can try doing a search using her screen name & silver? Or you can do a search using silver and your member # and that will narrow down the number of posts in your search.

Yes it was you lululyme, thanks for sharing what you are using. I *think* it was u I had a discussion with about silver sol a long time ago> I think we were both starting silver only I didn't stick with it.

It may have been because I do get several pms regarding the brand of silver I use. We have been using it for 2 years now.The Healhmax 30 is 30 ppms and can be obtained through a practitioner..

Lululy, do you use it everyday for 2 years? How often? How much longer do you plan on taking it for?
How do you know it works or that it is doing anything? Do you have symptoms that have disappeared with CS?

I would use it everyday but its quite expensive and I alternate with a less expensive brand. It has worked for chronic fatigue, muscle pain and brain fog.. It also has helped with libido.. I do take occasional short term breaks. I will continue taking it as long as I see results.
