I just had made it through a MASSIVE herx after adding and increasing some medications; one of which included generic biaxin. I was running out and got a refill of biaxin which I noticed is a different brand of generic this time.
Since taking that, I feel like another herx is coming on. I've had a headache for several days (which is rare for me) and some new muscle twitching in different areas than normal. The pills taste much different. The other ones must have been coated differently.
Is it possible to herx from a different brand of generic? I don't have any additive allergies or sensitivities that I'm aware of.

Maybe. I would be wondering whether it was herx or symptoms not controlled as well. Usually can only tell the difference after the fact.
