Hi - I am just wondering if anyone has ever tried or heard of this Dynamic Neural Retraining System? It looks interesting...but promises a lot and of course costs a lot. Anyone have any experience or thoughts with this type of therapy? See link!

I believe anything that claims that our infections and toxins are all in our heads and can be cured by retraining the brain are treading some dangerous ground. Toxin are real and although the brain and the subconscious are powerful indeed, they cannot overcome poisoning.

I found this free book to be very helpful in my healing... but I still needed to get rid of the toxins in my body!

Toxic mold was suppressing our immune systems, causing extreme pain, brain fog and magnifying symptoms. Four days after moving out, the healing began.

Yes, I had severe hypersensitivity to foods, chemicals, molds and I was very limited as to where I could go because of these sensitivities. I was part of several MCS support groups and I was worse than some and better than others.

Detoxing got rid of my sensitivities completely in a fairly short time.

I read some of that page you linked to. They believe it will work... I don't think it is addressing the whole problem.

I have practiced positive thinking, meditation, brain games, and I truly believe what we think about comes about so we should focus on wellness, not on our illness. None of that got me well.

I believe we must address the toxins in our bodies. Those of us who are (or were) very ill had our toxin buckets full and overflowing. By emptying the bucket we can get the toxin load down low enough so that we can withstand future toxic exposures.

The world is becoming more and more toxic and *everyone* should be addressing this with gentle and effective nutritional cleansing. Not just people who show signs of sickness. Everyone is exposed to toxins and therefore cleansing is a necessary part of living in today's modern world.

I tried 100's of things before I found a cleanse that worked for me. Now I am well.

My friend was successful with getting over MCS with it. Momlyme- I totally agree with you, but I think that MCS is some type of brain dysfunction. I can see how it could be helpful for that. The other stuff they claim...not so much.

I know many people who were poisoned by mold or chemicals (benzene, formaldehyde, carbon monoxide) and who then became MCS. I do not think MCS is "some type of brain dysfunction" any more than I think chronic Lyme is all in our heads.

I was sick for 20+ years and I had dozens of doctors tell me it was all in my head. I am offended by this and grateful to have found an effective detox so I could have my quality of life back again!

I believe MCS is toxin overload and I got well by getting toxins out. There are many illnesses (including Lyme) which are contributed to and symptoms are multiplied by environmental toxins.

Momlyme- you're probably right about the toxins causing the MCS. Maybe it was just timing on my friends part..once she cleared the toxins, her MCS went away. It could have just coincided with doing that program, so she thought it was the program.

I do think there is collateral damage done by these infections and mold. I think for some people even when the infections and toxins are gone, there are still health problems. I think that's why a lot just get to 85% or so.

Thanks RC1. Not that I need to be right, just that I have heard "it's all in your head" one too many times and it tends to set me off on a tangent.

It's amazing how many hidden toxins there are and how many of them can set someone who is at their toxic limit off. I used to get physically sick walking down the street if someone's house was moldy or they were using dryer sheets.

I was emailed this link by a friend and thought I'd come back to this thread to share it.
