Curious if this protocol alone helped anyone.

I always would backslide on this protocol. A friend of mine with chronic lyme used only this protocol after a bad relapse and was completely better in a year.

She has been symptom free for over 2 years.

Everyone is different... It can't hurt to try it!

I should add....I am not sure if my friend had coinfections.

I did have coinfections.

I have been on it since October 7, important to use the products as packaged by Nutramedix by the month, if you do this, it works betterment, the versions of Samento and Banderol is better than if u purchased separately or standalone. go to the Nutramedix website and read over the instructions since some of the prods are infused, don't ask me about this, ask the manufacturer. it works better this way as I took Samento before alone, purchased elsewhere, I do herx, but it's not terribly bad, am up to 60 drops twice a day of Samento and Banderol, normal doses of the supporting prods.

SO far I've been ok, made it past 2 days, before couldn't make it past 21 days w o extreme fatigue and have to go back on abx, have finally made it to 39 days, still holding my breath to see how far I can go this time!!!

good Luck!!

JMO, I do think the Cowden herbs have merit, I have taken them- and feel it. Nice that it incorporates detox, enzymes.

My daughter is complicated, shall we say, I got to 60 days of condensed Cowden with her, and we hit a pretty bad spell.

Stopped for 3-4 days to see if it was die off, didn't help at all.
I have her back on an antibiotic-now better.

Could have very well be co-infections flaring, since the first 3 months of Cowden seem to be targeted at Lyme only.

positive Bartonella henselae Igenex, 2011.
low positive Fry biofilm test, 2012.
Update 7/16- After extensive treatments,
doing okay!

I am on day 77 of the Cowden Protocol and am making very good progress. Before starting the Cowden Protocol, I had a SEVERE headache and stiff neck every single day for over a year. Since starting the Cowden Protocol, I am experiencing increasingly long periods without headaches. I just finished an entire 7 day period without a headache!!! That is huge!

Also, before starting the Cowden Protocol, I had limped for over a year and had a large "knot" on my achilles tendon. I can now walk normally and can even ride my bike. Also huge!

I still have a long way to go, but am happy with the progress so far. Just the relief from the crushing headaches and stiff necks is worth it!!!

I am doing the entire Cowden Protocol, using Nutramedix products. I am following the protocol EXACTLY and have not altered the dosage even when I had a severe herx (which has occurred three times).
