Anyone here ever been in remission (10mos, after 14 years active), then have what presents as a TIA, with ongoing cognitive and balance issues, had a neurologist order an MRI that came back as "Mild nonspecific supratentorial white matter disease?

EWT, I think the spirochetes are doing a number on your brain and are leaving little "SLIMETRAILS" for all to see. Get back to your llmd as soon as possible, preferably one with a neuro background. Try an antibiotic named minocycline--it crosses the blood brain barrier.
