You can't. Some people simply cannot tolerate certain herbs. I am one of them.
Maybe prescription meds would be OK for you??

I have never read anywhere that diverticulosis was caused by parasites. What I have always read is that it is caused by eating a low fiber diet, like the American diet.
Non-industrialized countries have very little diverticulosis to this day. That's because they are still eating a high fiber diet.
And, it wasn't around before we started refining grain--making white flour. When we took away the fiber, we got this problem.
