I had a few days off abx... i had such a symptom increase. When i restarted tinidazole a few hours ago, i felt sooooooooooo much better within 45 minutes its incredible.
I had this a million times, the effect was also strong on other abx. I feel so calm and the body temperature goes UP!!!
Anyone else experiences this? But usuall its also like this.... i feel better for 24hours, after that: The storm of doom (herx) begins...
Maybe i should look into detox issues because nothing helps me really... MTHFR could be my issue.

I have something similar except instead of feeling better right away, I feel better in the 2nd week of taking a medication. The 3rd week is the worst herxing ever for me and usually it sticks around pretty badly for a LONG time. Like until I switch things up again and have a "new" 2nd week on something.
LIVER SUPPORT & and several HERXHEIMER support links, too.
Some KIDNEY support detail, and

I have something similar as well....but my "good" can also be immediate...like with Tinidazole and Clindamycin. Then that goes away and then 'Herx" begins However, after 5 yrs of this I still haven't figured out why I don't feel much better after a herx.
Am now looking into parasites as most of my symptoms are neuro and cog/psych.
Bizarre!
