I have been feeling really bad and it does not feel like herxing. I only see my llmd ever two months. I just would like to get some blood work done to see if everything is ok.
I know I can order some online. What should i get? CBC, wellness profile, anything else?
I just need to make sure something isn't wrong, this is not my normal bad and I feel like I can't endure this much longer. it's strange, i just had two really good days last, week and then this...

Patience. This too shall pass. If it goes on for weeks, then maybe something else is wrong. If I went for blood work every time this illness changed?
I would have lived in the drs office. Seeing LLMD every 2 mths is often compared to most. Blood work usually doesn't answer our doubts.
Hope it passes soon.

Thanks Pam that makes me feel better. Yes, in the past that has definitely been true about the tests. Everything was normal until I tested specifically for tick borne illness.
Hopefully this will pass soon and if not I'll rethink testing but I really don't want any extra dr. visits for sure.

Maybe just slow down in general, no killing meds, concentrating on binders and moving toxins and dead proteins out. Anything dead hanging on does not feel good. And doing everything gently - no massive massages, etc. Maybe gentle lymphatic drainage = gentle.
Agree with Pam. Wise lady.
Do something nice for yourself for a change! sometimes that works wonders. Best to you.

gigimac,
Are you doing anything to get rid of parasites? This was my biggest problem when I was at the end of my rope. Getting rid of parasites was the single most important life saving thing I did after 4 yrs of abx was not getting me anywhere.

I have taken low dose parastroy but like everything else I am currently taking a break from it because of feeling so bad. I'm not sure i will ever be able to take proper treatment cause this seems to be an endless cycle, take meds then feel ok or better than crash and stop everything and wonder if I am wasting time..
I just had carpet put in last week and I was feeling bad before that but I wonder if that is making me feel worse, it is the only thing I can think of. I felt a little light headed when it was first put in.

New carpeting can emit formaldehyde (VOCs). There's a whole section in the book "Prescription for a Healthy House" that talks about a family that put in new carpeting and the problems.
Their baby kept having seizures. The manufacturer said there weren't any chemicals that they knew of in the carpet. The family sent the sample to a lab and it was saturated with formaldehyde.
You have to be really careful with new carpeting. I got poisoned by it before. People don't realize how dangerous it can be.
"Carpets can emit VOCs for five years or possibly more, although the off-gassing decreases significantly several months after installation. The Environmental Protection Agency advises ventilating well for at least 72 hours after installation by opening windows and using fans that move air directly to the outdoors. Continue to use fans during installation and for several weeks afterward. Another recommendation is to ask the installer to vacuum the new carpet with a HEPA filter vac and clean with a hot water extraction, which can remove a good portion of the VOCs. If possible, take a vacation soon afterward.
When theres a choice, the best alternative is to rip out wall-to-wall carpet and use area rugs instead. Even the best wall-to-wall carpet is a haven for dust mites, mold spores, and lingering VOCs, and is usually one of the largest hosts of contaminants in our homes. If this isnt possible, pick a natural fiber carpet such as wool with a natural backing. Pick the least toxic adhesive or, even better, no adhesive."
