After 3-1/2 years of continuous meds, I desperately need an abx break. My LLMD is ok with this. I have been feeling better the past 3 weeks since starting cholestyramine and GB-4000 rife. So far, I only skipped 2 doses of meds and my pain and chills are worse. I have been taking malarone, zith, Bactrim DS, and pulsing tindamax. Is there just an adjustment period when coming off abx? I was hoping to stay off meds and just rife. Of course, I still have parasites that I am treating rotating Parastroy, albendazole, etc. I also think yeast is a huge factor right now and am working on that. -------------------- Tick bite May 2009 Diagnosed June 2009

I have never used a Rife machine. I am glad that your LLMD is okay with this and working with you. You might try Stephen Buhner's herbal protocol. It has helped many people.http://buhnerhealinglyme.com
