Gigi, thanks for that link. Makes you wonder what the future will be like.

I read somewhere that if you don't already have a smart meter, you can put a lock on your meter so they can't put one there. Need to look that up again and do it.

Does anyone know how EMFs from laptop wireless computers compare to cell phone? Is that as dangerous in comparison?

I've gotten in a really bad habit of having mine on my tummy most of the time with a pillow under it while surfing for long periods of time.

Each wireless computer and each cellphone is different in terms of level of wireless signals they put out, and it also varies based on how much they need to put out to communicate with the router (for the computer) or celltower (for the phone).

The cellphones get worse when you use them in cars and elevators or other locations surrounded by metal, and also are worse in cars because as you're moving it keeps looking for the right tower to connect to. Laptops don't have those issues so much normally, but they are plenty bad.

Distance is key. Cellphone is worse for your brain. Laptop will be worse for your intestines and reproductive organs. These devices can provide much more exposure for people who use them, than smart meters. Of course, smart meters are on when you're sleeping, which is a worse time. And then many people don't bother to turn off their routers or cellphones when they're sleeping, definitely a mistake.

Great info Michael. I'm going tohave to change my ways re: wireless computer.

I saw a protective tray-like shield to put your wireless on sold at Best Buy for $75. Thought it was too much money, but will check online for cheaper one.

Trying to limit my time online, but can't seem to follow through. I know even fingers amd hamds touching keyboard is bad.

There are a lot of so-called protective devices out there. Unless they are disabling the technology by blocking the signals, you are still exposed to the signals. It seems the ones that don't block the signals add other signals to help your body harmonize with the bad ones. While those other technologies helped me FOR A WHILE, and I was exposed at work so had no choice if I were to keep my job, it is possible those do more harm than good.

Best to use cabled/wired technology for internet and avoid the wireless. Best to use cabled/wired technology for the phone and avoid the wireless.

We have wired computers and wired telephones because I am EMF sensitive. I wear a pendant all of the time which seems to help and my EDS practitioner can see if my EMF level in my body is high. My husband had a normal EMF level in his body after wearing his pendant so he stopped wearing it for 2 months and went back to our practitioner....of course the EMF level in his brain was very high again. He is wearing the pendant again. I know many don't think they work but we have had success with them. I know sixgoofykids did too.

I was wondering about the smart meters - we are considering moving to Philly to get away from lyme disease and the entire city is full of them. Our current EMF level is pretty low in the suburbs but when I take my gauss meter to philly it is more than 10 times higher - the background level is very high. Do you think shielding the smart meter in the home would be sufficient to protect us? I worry about the neighbors' smart meters too.

I don't want to jump out of the frying pan and into the fire....

Thanks for any input about smart meters and whether they have affected you...and what you did to lessen the impact. We have no opt out possibility in Philadelphia.

It's not just smart meters, it's all the cellphone towers and cellphones. Hard to know which it would be. In the end, though, not sure if it matters. All this you can shield with significant effort and cost. One such approach is paint, and then shielding windows with metalic material. The thing is, are you going to hang out inside a protected home all the time, or enough of the time, for that to make sense?

I have found the only way to defend myself against the onslaught of EMF and the Radiation from Smart Meters was to do the most serious heavy metal detox. That stopped all sensitivity problems.

As long as I was a walking antenna == I have not had any metal in my mouth whatsoever in 15 years ===from the residue that stayed in my body and brain, central nervous system, long bones, joints and lower legs and feet, I was nothing but a shadow of my own self. I felt 24/7 as if I had stuck my hand into an electric outlet causing burning on limbs and body all over.

I contemplated selling my home and moving. I left to visit with family and friends in other countries. The exposure is identical everywhere around the world, as long as there is a wireless computer, a wireless phone, cell phone reception,
and even wired computers and phone equipment.

Yes, you can shield. But it hits like a brick the second you step outside of your house. And there will be no reception inside the shielded house.

I got Stetzer filters throughout my home after testing "dirty electricity" with their meter. Anytime a house has been remodeled, the dirty electricity is most likely a problem.

Then I installed Earthcalm before embarking on a DMPS very easy detox, together with HMD, Lavage, and always Diatomaceous Earth.

I am fine now. Am just in the last throws of getting the metals out of my feet which is a challenge. Metals always sink to the lowest points in the body. And when the metal is pulled out via mobilizing agents, such as DMPS, etc., the connective tissue is not very happy and it sometimes hurts to step, sometimes completely without.

It is amazing that I have found that the fungi and viruses hang around the metals too -- to rubbing a bit of antifungal on the skin seems to get at them; a few drops of Viressence also does the same thing.

I use the newest footpads www.healthmarvels.com
and the speed things up.

Luckily I can, with my biotensor and Direct Resonance Testing determine what causes the most problem and determine in the same manner what works best to alleviate the problem. Same as Dr. K. does only in a much simplified way. Sometimes I have Dr. K. or AR or AD test me to make sure I am on the right track.

I do no longer have to move and am perfectly happy in my house. In many instances, as we are learning more every day, the toxic load a person carries around determines how the body reacts to EMF and RF.

Just remember, Radiation exposure is cumulative.

And if you carry a bunch of biofilm around, it is wrapped around the toxic metals in the body as well as the microorganisms.

When I did CCSVI, that pushed out some of the biofilm. But there is still lots to go. And I have only had about 3 months of abx at the outset of Lyme 16 years ago before I met Dr. K. and only a few weeks total on and off as long as I tested positive for it when an infection showed with ART. Fungi and toxic metals are siblings - if you have one, you have the other, and in between there are a few viral components -- all very easily addressed with herbal based products.

With increasing exposure by more microwave towers and by more stores and businesses installing all the wireless equipment, now being installed in Grammar Schools!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I started to suffer more and more from EMF. The symptoms are exactly as if one had Lyme and all seven co-infections all over again!!!!! Do not misinterpret this. Toxic metals which everyone of us is carrying in the body is a killer when exposed to EMF/RF. Your neighbors' Smart Meters send the rays right over to you through the walls and roof and windows of your house.

Sorry, these are the facts of life, and unless we start to make some more noises letting the telecoms take over our life - we are getting fried. Think of your kids.

If you use any of the black graphite paint in or outside your house, by law you have to reveal it. Because it blocks all cell phone reception.
I bought DMPS instead and moved the metals out of my body. It was much much less money.

Thank God, I am almost done.

Interetsing. Thanks.

Not all metals are electromagnetic conductors. Also, many pathogens may proliferate in electromagnetic fields... not just metal & yeasts/fungi.

I'm just putting this out there. I don't know how it works... Example - If we are contaminated by aluminum - is it still conductive of EMFs? I don't know... There are many metals & pathogens we may be contaminated with. Each may react differently.

A while back, I read that some drugs also interact with electromagnetic fields. I don't know if this is true.

Different frequencies probably drive different reactions. Some may be beneficial...? Not all are bad. Think of the Rife-type machines. I think it's a pretty conplicated problem.

FYI- The state of NJ opted out of the SmartMeter projram as far as I know.

Thanks so much for the detailed info, Gigi. It makes sense...I would love to get to the point of not being sensitive anymore.

So you started with DMPS and DE? I like to make sure I get good quality products when I start something new....are there brands you recommend?

Thanks,
tickbattler

Your body must conduct in order for you to stay alive. If the balance of good and bad metals aka minerals is bad, the body will seek out the best to work and to stay alive. It will run down the good ones to the point where they will not be available to serve for other lifesaving needs and the whole system ends up in a mess. I have about 24 toxic meals in my toxic metal test vial kit. Haven't counted them lately. And as a norm, if you have one, you have others. If you have lead, you have mercury, nickle, etc. They simply do not detox all at the same time much less show up in lab tests at the same time. That type of testing equipement is not available to us yet.

If you show one or two toxic metals in a test, it never means that's all there is. Once you start releasing any, the hidden ones in lower layers will show up and surprise you.

Parasites and metals and the consequences of same, i.e. fungi/candida should be treated first and/or all together. The bacterial infection will be a very short term treatment at that point if it is still present. The viruses - I tested for EBV skyhigh when I first got Lyme in 1996 and never treated it specifically. It disappeared totally with the type of Dr. K. treatment I received over the early years.

I really have only kept in touch with him, and only recently when I thought I was being electrocuted by Smart Meters and microwave towers did he step in treated me and taught me to treat myself, mostly DMPS, DMSA (excluding Cutler method) and now mixing HMD and my own DMPS treatment when I test for it.

DMPS needs an rx. Europe non-prescription. Any good binder is good, alternating binders is also good. Never impose the same on the body for long periods of time. Sometimes body starts blocking it/allergic. Body knows best. I like DE and I test for it energetically before I take anything.
No supplement or med or remedy goes into or onto my body before I test it with my Biotensor.

I have learned a lot, Sparkle, and I am trying not to reinvent the wheel. I like to hang on to things that have been tested and used by the best. And when it doesn't work as is sometimes the case in any research, I move on.

Take care.

Tick battler, I have posted numerous times about DE and brand. I have responded to you directly on previous posts a couple of months ago, taking lots of time to be specific answering on a specific subject, and I never heard a peep from you whether your even read what I posted.

Sorry, I spend a lot of time answering people who do not realize how much of a "do-it-yourself-take-action" disease this is. My doctor taught me that on day one and gave me chores to do and research before I even knew how to handle the computer.

Hello brainfog! It was a good therapy.

There is some good info on my recent posts about metal detox, DE, etc. Okay?

Gigi,
I am sorry that I did not respond to your post 2 months ago.

I am sure you cannot comprehend what I am dealing with having 3 very sick young children an a sick husband and being sick myself. I spend virtually every day researching to heal my family and myself and I certainly don't appreciate a scolding about how I need to do things myself.

I do nothing else but try to heal my family and things were going very well until several new lyme reinfections this summer along with our house well water becoming contaminated with parasites. Now we are dealing with serious autoimmune issues. All new information which I must try to learn.

My 6 year old daughter cannot walk from joint pain and is having severe neurologic issues and violent tantrums every night most likely related to PANDAS and EBV. She has not been to school for a month. My twin boys are not much better. It is not lyme that is causing their issues but new things which I must spend a lot of time researching.

So if someone can give me a brand of something they use, I guess I thought it wouldn't be too much trouble. I have spent a lot of time helping others on this board over the years.

tick battler, DMPS is a prescription medicine and there is no specific brand. In order to help yourself, and since I normally don't post incorrect info, I would have expected to read what I said to help yourself and your family. This is why I took the time to post.

Of course you cannot learn all this at this moment
and no doctor in their right mind will tell you to go and shop for DMPS or DMSA without testing and treatment.

You cannot address your problems with this mixture of info you get on this board. You need to find a doctor whose thinking you agree with and who can guide you through the different
phases. Everyone in your family will react differently to treatment, and most of all it is important to first find out what needs to be treated.

There is a good practitioner who does ART in PA, if this type of testing is what you wish. If you wish to go the abx way, you probably need to find another person to help you.

Pandas and EBV and autoimmune diseases are big words with many questionmarks that I would never try to solve myself if it affected me. Please find a doctor if you don't have one yet to help you. I hear your hurt, believe me. Several practitioners and doctors who do the treatments I did are here in the Seattle area besides the one I mentioned above on PA.

Find a doctor if you don't have one that can help, please.

Take care and don't give up.

Gigi,
We have about 4 different doctors we take the family to right now to try to figure this all out. One of them is the ART practitioner in PA who follows Dr. K. We have been going to him for 2 years.

I do use doctors but it is still not enough to rely only on them. I still need to continuously research because of the complexity of our cases. We get ART testing and EDS testing from two different doctors. There is not a week that goes by that I haven't taken a family member to a doctor but we are still struggling due to the battering of our immune systems over this past year.

tickbattler, "We get ART testing and EDS testing from two different doctors." and what do you do with what the other two doctors tell you to do?

How can you get different results under one hat. these are completely different systems. I would feel horrible and would lose trust in all. How can you arrive at a protocol that has a chance to work?

How do you learn to trust a doctor's decision while you are listening to the others?

I don't understand.
