I wouldn't blow money on any of them unless you get IVs. They don't absorb at all even the ones with Liposomal, at least I didn't feel a difference at all.
The amount of money you spend on that supplement can be invested elsewhere in herbal antibiotics, vitamins and addrenal supplements that will combat your fatigue.

there is a suppository form too - I have never tried it but heard it works well and is gotten with rx - might be worth trying
