I ramped up, but now have been at full dose of 4 packs daily of CSM for 3 weeks.

This week, I feel like I am herxing. I thought CSM was a binder and would make me feel better.

Anyone else herx after being on it 3 weeks or more?

Most likely this is a misinterpretation - unless it gives you a heartburn and you still use the one with Aspartame in it. Look for the real reason - a toxin causing symptoms.

Does your doctor do energetic testing

Herxheimers do no good and it usually means we are going too fast! because it stresses the body and sets it back.

It can cause an "intensification" of symptoms, according to my former LLMD.

Are you doing it with Actos? If you aren't you can minimize the inflammatory response with high dose fish oil. 3 grams a day divided.

Are you on abx? If you are how can you manage 4 doses along with fitting in probiotics? I've only been able to fit in one dose a day.

I've been doing it since April. I'm doing the one compounded with Stevia. I've only gone through 2 tubs.

I think it's great you could get up to 4 doses without too much trouble. My first dose I got an inflammatory response.

Actos can be very dangerous.

I have been taking high-dose fish oil since the beginning.

I fit in 4 times by getting up in the middle of the night. I take it 2 hours after abx AM & PM and then again at 2 AM & 2 PM...probiotics 2 hours after the AM dose and 2 hours after the PM dose.

I think I was told to take it a certain amount of time after taking fats... It's supposed to absorb the toxins from the bile or something...? It was a while ago.

I didn't notice much of an improvement... It may be absorbing drugs or supplements, too...? It made me constipated...

I'm glad they gave me pharmaceutical samples & I didn't have to pay for it. There are probably better ways to detox mold. How about bile salts?
